HOW WE DO IT

Cauliflower buns are low carb and gluten free. They are perfect to use with hamburgers, sandwiches and more. 

WHAT WE USE 

  • 1cup Cauilflower 

  • 1egg 

  • 1cup 1/3  Cheddar cheese 

  • Add your favorite spices 

Mix it in a bowl and lay it out out in your prefere shape on a backing paper.
